Hey guys - it has been a minute. Johnathan’s brother Josh was having a rough few weeks so we decided to go to Memphis and surprise him for a short visit. We had a blast and made some great memories.

We took Josh to the Adventure Science Center while he stayed when us over Memorial Day weekend and we had a BLAST! We had so much fun with the hands on elements and we thought we would take you with us.

Johnathan’s younger brother Josh is hanging out with us for the weekend and we just had to take him to line-dancing with us - he loves to dance and we all had a blast!!!

We went to Memphis for Josh’s graduation last weekend and it was a fun weekend; however there was quite a bit of stress/anxiety involved with so many activities. We ran away to target one afternoon to escape for a bit. How do you get a much-needed break when there is nowhere to go?

We LOVE McKay’s! Join us as we head to McKay’s and find some amazing things. Quality time is one of my main love languages so we try to go on a date at least once a week. Now being young and married means we are not spending much if any money on these mini-adventures. The most important part is spending time together. What’s your favorite cheap/free thing to do?

It is date night! My main love language is quality time and we normally go on a long daily walk (drive if it is too cold) to meet that need; however, at least once a month we like to go on a special date. These dates don’t have to be expensive - we just try to do something fun. We LOVE our local community theatre the Renaissance Center. We can go to quality shows at a budget friendly price. Dat...

Our first official video attempt! There was spinach in my teeth, we are both fighting allergies, and we are not very good at this BUT we are just giving it our best shot. 😁 We are going to try to post a snapshot of what living with depression (and sometimes anxiety) looks like once a week.
