    Actually, it's best to do it during a recession to make sure you cut wasteful DEI positions and base hiring on qualifications rather than perceived oppression.

    Are you seriously supporting this asinine agenda? Do you honestly believe someone with insufficient qualifications should be placed in a position due to gender or race over someone with the necessary qualifications? If so, please explain how this helps society.

    Since 2020 and the COVID diversion....The Fortune 500 companies have hired over 300,000 Americans. The issue is that only 6% of those hired were "white." The US Census states that 71% of Americans identified as "white". This is the biggest race issue in America right now.

  • @seventhcompactor1505

    Simple - just go by Merit. Ignore all 'dei' nonsense, and stick to objective metrics. School rankings, degree difficulty, GPA, Standardized test scores. And don't listen to anyone with an 'education' degree.

    I guess from whats happened around me Id have to disagree. When they cut my team on a project the kept the black woman with no real experience to close the job, because of inclusion and diversity. Under stand to me she was smart enough but no experience was the wrong choice. The Indian woman I pushed for they let go and she could of done it. The other still had years to go to understand the task. She truly screwed up cost them some real cash and in the end getting her fired and the bad mark on her name made it hard for her to find work for years so it was a lose lose.

    Diversity recruiting is insane! mer·i·to·ri·ous...Look it up in the dictionary! Another black woman who thinks her bullshit lies are new. If you are in any way swayed by her lies You need to spend a few weeks researching in in ANY public library whether it be USA or Nigeria Pick any library of your choice. Diversity hiring does not mean Sh## to anybody ANYWARE except USA weak ass punk weak minded leftist Get off your ass and visit Africa, Asia, Pacifc Islands, DIVERSITY means what can YOU do to help make things better? NOT what can I do to pull you up. 🙏 peace is what happens when truth is accepted.

  • @mytwosenceop
    @mytwosenceop ปีที่แล้ว

    My opinion is that diversity of talent and skills is what is required to operate a successful "for profit" business. Racial, Gender and sexual identity in and of themselves offer nothing to a business striving to be the best it can be. You recruit the best talent that is available and they will in fact be diverse. (Asuming you are not recruiting for a government agency in the current administration) In that case success and profit is not a concern.

  • @seventhcompactor1505
    @seventhcompactor1505 ปีที่แล้ว

    Diversity hiring isn’t complex - it’s about lowering standards so some folks who would never be hired, get hired. Then, those folks have to represent the so called diverse group

    • @mytwosenceop
      @mytwosenceop ปีที่แล้ว

      Hahaha 🤣YES I agree 100% Diversity hiring is complex only if you are full of S### Hire the best fit for the position you are trying to fill and concentrate on the success of your business. If they are all 50+ year old White Men with diverse talents than Hire them! Don't discriminate based on race.
