@tutel9496 They are sister ships, but after major refits, both ships came out with similar appearances but different arrangements in the superstructure and weapons. One key difference is that the Pagoda style mast on IJN Hiei was a prototype of sorts for the Yamato class that came after. It's sleek compact construction being carried over to Yamato. Other key differences amongst all four that can commonly be seen are: The shape of the main battery turret sides. AA Platforms forward of the Superstructure, which is missing on Hiei. Secondary batteries are slightly different amongst the various sisters. Search light locations, etc. So, in the broad strokes, they are the same. But with many minute differences. However, the ship in the game is an excellent rendition of IJN Hiei. (Kongo, by comparison, is easily identified because her Pagoda is a different style, and it has an AA platform forward of the superstructure.)

Cat's were brought on warships specifically to combat critters. They would act as pest control (rats can do amazing amounts of damage to military equipment) and double as a moral booster/mascot for the crew.

I don't think they strill bring cats onboard. my cousin is in the navy and i went on a frigate and there was no pets.

Frigate are small ships you don't need a cat for dat. but in a big battelship whit tons of food, military equipment and others things, you need some natural pest control. anyways this custom of taking cats on board would be lost over the years, until its total extinction due to the hygiene that now prevails on ships, derived from the arrival on the market of products for daily disinfestation, and they were also periodically subjected Navy units to pest treatments, but it is fair to recognize that the cats shipped on ships until just a few decades ago were necessary and knew how to fulfill their role as hunters with dignity.

High School Fleet commanders are not given away for free for the actual event, but some other anime commanders have been for free in the past, that is for Azur Lane and Arpeggio. Further, right now there is a global combat mission to receive 3 versions of "Steam-chan", an own WoWs anime character. You just have to play any combat mission - except training and with a Tier V or higher ship - to join.
