Be very very careful with this "MARKETING PITCH". I just bought their mattress + bed on Thursday last week. Didn't come that cheap (bed and accessories are just under 100k. Mattress alone is 50k). Day 1 the excitement of a new bed. Day 3 waking up tired, Day 4 waking up tired with aching shoulders, Day 5 tired, stiff neck and aching shoulders. Coincidentally my wife today complains of a stiff neck and aching shoulders. I head back to their Ruiru factory to lodge a complain. Am told to wait till kesho for feedback. From the conversations, am not sure they will agree to reinforce the mattress or not even with their 10 yr warranty assurance. It's now 3am, am in the living room coz i had to ran away from the bed after only 4 hrs of sleep. I have to lie on the floor for sometime to ease the pressure from my back. Today is day 6 and am sure I can't sleep on that mattress "as is" EVER AGAIN. I better downgrade to the simplest high density FOAM MATTRESS I can get today when it dawns which will give me a peace of mind and assume the "Dr" Mattress was a HELL of a NIGHTMARE. I don't know whether and when the feedback will arrive.

I recommend this mattresses fully, plan yourselves well then buy one, from around 14k you can get a good one. These are good for all back related issues. After hard days work, whether an athlete like me, shower,pray and have cool and calm rest on this mattress!!!
