You definitely should charge for this pattern! It is just illusion for you to think, that it is not fair, because you have skills to do that. Sometimes when we have knowledge and "know how" we think it is easy and obvious for anybody else. But it is not. Your ideas are unique, inspiring and beautiful

Yes, absolutely would pay for that pattern. You are having the idea and calculating the placement of the motifs for the rest of us, that is work! Some of us don’t have enough time to come up with our own patterns, we just want to sit, knit and relax for 20 minutes every day

Your pieces looked very well made. I just don't get how some of them can be a bit big on you. Isn't it the purpose when you make clothes for yourself to make them fit the way you want it? Why not make a mock-up or fit it as you sew and fix whatever you don't like?

Regarding the size availability: Helene Arnesen from Fabel Knitwear has recently posted on her instagram that if your size isn't available, this is often due to the designer not finding test knitters for that size in time for the pattern release. And that if you e-mail them, you can get the pattern, probably for free (though untested)!

I love scrappy projects. I made the Whidbey bag and love it! The color work is actually just woven in after you have finished the bag. But I did insert a fabric lining to stop things from poking thru the knitted fabric. I get a lot of comments on it and I’m considering making some simple stockinette sweaters and weaving in the scraps of color.
