@@aarons5535 it’s the only one I’ve used but I like it. Small and compact. Does the job. I’m sure there are way better ones out there but they are probably a lot more expensive. Maybe check out the reviews on it from others and see if it’s something you’re interested in

@@Chris-outdoors that’s no good, can’t stand people that trespass. I haven’t shot a good buck in 3 years and public land is always a grind. The elk was my first one in Montana this September so that was a good addition. Keep your head up you never know when things will come together 👍🏼

@ better than what I’ve got, just two mulies, my elk have all been cows so far. We can only hunt deer every three years or so.

@ Ok, yea I travel a good bit and try and hunt whitetail every year. I try and get out west once a year to hunt elk or mule deer

@@HuntSoloPublic I decided to torture myself and take up bow hunting at 47 years old, we get more hunting opportunities and I won’t get shot by the rifle guys. Close call last year so I said enough is enough. I’d love to archery hunt white tails.

@ yea it can get sketchy on high pressure public land. Archery whitetail is so difficult but rewarding when it all comes together

@@HeartlandMakesAndOutdoors I shoot past 100 at 3D events but typically only take shots 50 and in on an animal. No d-loop issues, not sure on exact length. Might want to check your tracking number! I think you’ll like the release. Appreciate the feedback 👍🏼

@@Chris-outdoors I was hunting out of state from Georgia for two weeks and had a lot of time left. Good deer but hard to shoot after seeing some really great deer.

@ yeah to get that big one you gotta pass those nice deer it’s hard but it pays off

@ exactly. Tough sometimes but I enjoy filming and watching the young ones. Have had some close calls with big ones but haven’t punched the Kansas tag yet. In Georgia on public that deer is toast lol

@@GooberGunkThe3rd-ik2tl I agree and disagree. I appreciate the challenge of hunting mature deer and drive from Georgia to places like Kansas to hunt big bucks so I’m very selective on these trips. I currently have a freezer full of elk meat and can shoot a lot of does for the meat if I need it. I personally am not going to wrap a tag like that around an average 8 point. But as always, hunt your own hunt and do what’s best for you 👍🏼

@@HuntSoloPublicI hunt in ga. I’ve haven’t been seeing much deer. But now it’s cold, I see more on cameras and when hunting. I guess the heat is because I live in south ga

@ I’m in Ga as well, extremely hot most of the season. I always take a trip to the Midwest to get to better deer and hunting weather.

@@JoshAndersonHunting It’s tough putting in all the effort and still coming up short. Only thing we can do is keep after it. You should give it a shot with the filming, just start with a GoPro and go from there. I have a video on my channel about the cameras I use if you’re interested.
