That's an awesome price! I pay 1,300.00 a month for a small house, but in size I think the Russian apartment is bigger. We used to only pay 600.00 a month because the owner thought that was all it's worth. Then he sold it with 2 apartment buildings and the rent keeps going up every 2 years. But have to say I have an awesome Landlord he owns 114 units and the house I have, but everyone one else as to go through his company if they have any issues or problems. He has us go right him and not the company. And he responds to issues asap. Once he was at the house until 3am fixing a frozen pipe. I couldn't ask for a better Landlord I guess it's some what's worth 1300.00.

An informative video but I find it incredible that so many commentators do not consider politics in Russia worth so much as a couple of words, namely, "truly ghastly". I am not Russian, by the way.

There are people who would love to have a nice place to live, to have shelter is taken for granted until you have none. This is a very nice apartment😊

Would be nice if the residence visas were easier to get for Russia. Australian military vet with no need to work(pension) and would love to leave this ridiculously expensive country that is not a hot humid region of Asia where most go. I'm 36 and been looking for years to move but I can't stand the tropical weather.

Price is really good. I live in USA and you cannot touch an apartment for less than $2200.00 per month. Just needs a coat of paint and fixed up a bit … could be beautiful

When I lived in Washington DC, nice part of the city and could walk into the middle of the city in 30 minutes, it was $800 in *1990* for a 1 bedroom.

I'm American living in New Zealand. The separate bathroom and taking your shoes off is the same in New Zealand. But not in the US.

I always thought they could be brought to America for cheaper housing, but then again I would be afraid they would be turned into bad neighborhoods?? Maybe not, but that is just a fear of mind?

I’m in the USA right now, but I have lived in these Russian apartments. I think they call them Flats?? I thought they were pretty comfortable. It was not Russia where I lived in them, but Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.

Adopted a baby boy in Russia. They were very protective of the baby and we had to demonstrate that our intentions were good and even brought his new grandfather to Moscow. Very nice people and very proud to be Russian. Unlike the US where half the people here hate our country and we have such a mix of people that there seems to be an identity crisis.

I like that people should Learn to live together. We are all the same. Not such a word call poor.

I don't know if I can get used to not having a bathroom in the master bedroom.

A 464 sq ft in my 40 yr old Vancouver BC building starts at $2654 per month plus hydro plus $25 for a locker plus $100 a month parking.The higher floors go up in price per floor. Medical is covered but dental is extremely expensive. Really appreciate your detailed information.

My Wife and l are in the US, we pay 1.500$ for Rent,Electric,Water and trash pickup’s per mont. Our Apartment is only 850 SQ feet and it is in mostly quiet area. That is a very nice Apartment Thanks for showing it.
