How this guy fooled so many people for so long is rivaled only by the fact that Trump became president. In Kaiser's case it came when he labeled everything "Experimental". That was the grand hall pass for the noise he created. I don't think you could pull this off nowadays. There are just too many great musicians out there for this to be compared to.
