How to Use Realtracs Part 2 - Understanding the Map Features
Welcome to your personalized guide to using Realtracs MLS! In this video, I’ll walk you through how to utilize all the map features. Realtracs MLS is one of the most powerful tools for homebuyers, giving you direct access to the latest listings tailored to your needs. But I will be totally honest, the website is CLUNKY. It looks like it was developed in 1987 (when I was developed) and has not had an update in 37 years. So hopefully this video will help you understand how to use it better so you are not going back to Zillow(yuck).
Here’s what you’ll learn:

✔️ How to access the County and Zip Code Lines.
✔️ How to use the Flood Plain and Topographical map.

In this video we will be taking a tour of the model home at Ashton Park. A new construction community built by Drees Homes in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. I love this! The upper cabinets being lighter prevents the kitchen from feeling dark and closed off… in my opinion.
I agree! Having dark upper cabinets really changes the mood of the room. Do you like the 3 different colors for cabinets though? It is hard to tell, but the island is actually a dark brown wood. Then the lower cabinets were a navy blue, with white uppers. Somehow it all worked!
