doesnt the engine starve of oil with the long wheelies?
On most bikes yes, on this one, yes., I usually don't/can't hold my wheelies that long though. A lot of single cylinder engines can run on a very small amount of oil for a while. You'd be pretty surprised. I haven't had any issues yet, but even if I did it wouldn't be the end of the world. Grom parts are relatively cheap compared to almost any other bike.

@austinryanmathews-iw5yi I prefer the Grom, but it's nice to have something you can get on the highway with or ride a canyon on.

@austinryanmathews-iw5yi I am still in love with my Grom. It's nice to have multiple bikes. I'd definitely recommend the CBR300R though. Thanks for watching. There will be more content on the 300 soon. I am just modifying it more to my liking and waiting to get new tires on it next week.

When learning / practicing wheelies, it is not advisable to shift until you are very comfortable with it.

Great wheelies! As far as lane filtering, i'm all for it. It gets riders out of the way and one more vehicle not clogging up traffic. In California about 10% of the traffic is bikes...so imagine 10% less traffic just by letting bikes do what bikes do :D I live in rural WI where farm machinery runs at 35mph on the highway....sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to get around it while still remaining safe. Ride safe bud, keep the content coming.

You're parking way out to the edge of the lane inviting them to pull up close - either split or use the whole lane. Don't even give other drivers the chance to make a stupid decision.
@trotskiftw it's safer to angle your bike between the cars incase someone does rear end you. 😉 then you don't go face first into the car infront of you. Drivers shouldn't see it as an invitation.

@@trotskiftw I pretty much always ride this way and this is only the 2nd time this has happened. Anyways I'm not going to make any excuses for their poor driving. Just want to broadcast to the public that you should give bikes space. In hopes that maybe someone who needs to hear that, will remember that and not contribute to causing an accident.

I've ridden daily for 20+ years, and rarely ever have issues, because I don't ride like an ass in traffic. I let at that rage, and craziness out in a parking lot, or open areas, empty roads, etc. not around cars and trucks, just like this dude did. Btw, if you can keep that front wheel from spinning(fr. brake on lift... can't see if you are, cam's too low) you won't have to use the rear brake so much, every time you turn the bars you get a gyroscopic effect that wants to upset the balance, once it happens, you're stuck fighting it until that wheel stops spinning ^^ have fun, but arrive alive!
