The SuperCub is an alternative to riveted boats prevalent in Alaska at lodges and as tenders on commercial fishing vessels. With extreme deep, wide construction and heavy duty robust materials, this hull is an excellent choice when safety and practicality are paramount.
If I was doing a sales pitch on this, I too would have ignored the underwhelming 115 Suzuki hanging off the back. 😂 I hope this isn't going to be transporting any serious weight with it already being underpowered for this hull. Lol This being a workhorse, they'd be better off sacrificing 15 horse and hanging a 100 OXE diesel on it, for some more torque, better fuel economy and cleaner.

@luketuccini750 I hate to burst your overly emotional bubble, but a "socialist" is worried about taxes. Lol A conservative would be the one complaining about wasting tax dollars, and in this case rightfully so, imo. Sure, aluminum is light but it's heavier than fiberglass and that turd of a Suzuki 115 hanging off the back wouldn't even be enough for this vessel if it were fiberglass, let alone aluminum. This boat is an overpriced, underpowered piece of floating trash that isn't fit for commercial or municipal use! Personally, I would have asked the o.p. to clarify their position *_before_* going on an unhinged rant, making idiotic assumptions about their political leanings.🤣 But then again, I'm a conservative.
