Stories, poems and other pieces of literature read aloud by me for you: to help you feel you are not alone, to spark reflection, produce feelings of calm or ignite new ideas.
Experiencing the reverberation of words within you as you read can bring about feelings of relief, wellbeing, pleasure, calm, comfort, ecstasy, even a sense of falling in love. Bibliotherapy offers a conscious encounter with a literary text which opens itself up to transformative conversations that support you as you become the author of your own story.
I read in Spanish and in English and offer introductory/concluding comments. Occasionally, I talk to you about my work or invite you on a guided meditation. I often mention my work and how you can take part in group sessions or book an individual consult.
Thank you for listening! Please comment and subscribe.
