Because it's the easiest difficulty. Enemies in this setting are nearly blind and deaf. On higher difficulties this isn't possible.

@@coffeejuncky Yeah, that's how I found this video. There aren't many runners unfortunately, which is what I meant by "no speedrunning community". I figured there would have been a pretty competitive speedrunning community for this game, which is why I was surprised to find that there wasn't. Hopefully Intravenous 2 will change that.

The demo only got 2 levels. Sadly there is no release date yet for the full game (it's planned within 2024).
The visual of some random dude sprinting into a drug den and sucker punching a dude as he runs by is absolute gold
Maybe more time could be saved when running, by dropping weapons and armor when they're not needed anymore.
Also hiding your weapons gives you more speed!
Crazy you hit the objective on the first level before the guy got shot in the cutscene.

Make a safe in the hideout after finishing the final mission and look again. Or maybe missed some gold insignia or side quest in one mission - I've had that sometimes with reloading and forgetting to do something again.
