My scissors tension keep loosening every time I open and close it every ten times

I have done hair 45 yrs and I can't hold it like that I have tried to retail myself

I’m unable hold the scissors like this. The ring always slides down and gets suck and I can’t bring it back up each time I switch cob back and forth.
