Gardiner PD is running broadcast in protection rackets. They illegally install surveillance equipment in other people’s homes before they close escrow. They install surveillance equipment, directional speakers and microwave weapons around the perimeter to run protection rackets. They broadcast in on directional speakers, voice over power line communications where ac motors are used as speakers into my house and live-streaming on my personal devices and satellite communications into my vehicle. I am kept up until 4am to 8am every night with broadcast into my house it sounds like people arguing in my kitchen, people standing around yelling at me in my own house. The broadcast consists against terrorist threats to sodomize, use people in snuff porn, threatening the victim’s (grand)children, haranguing demands for wealth, defamation of crimes that never occurred, insults, whose complaining, squabbling and haggling over other people’s wealth, and yammering. If I try to go to sleep or I don’t agree to their terms I am attacked with microwave weapons that feel like being cooked to being stabbed with an ice pick. The Chief of Police had no knowledge of this network and never had heard of his jurisdiction although the network is well known by the criminals besides the ones with badges. They aim at my dog and attack her with the speakers and microwave weapon and get her to bark or yelp. The broadcast in protection rackets is based on “The Wizard of Oz” including sending in the flying monkeys (want-to-be hitmen). These broadcasts are from private residences. In a larger city you could be a victim of five different protection rackets or in smaller cities/towns you could be a victim of five different protection rackets from police departments of other States. Then then is the mental health scam to cover up the protection rackets. The gaslighting of the victims and the Country. “Maze Running” blames the victims for being victims of protection rackets. There was a mass shooting in Maine by a victim of “Community Oriented Fleecing”. They broadcast at my house TERRORIST THREATS from the high school and Boys and Girl’s Club LOUD speakers. The racketeers have insatiable needs and it sounds like hell on Earth. It’s the “Milgrim Experiment.” The older white cops are SOCIALISTs and I coined a term “LOCALIZING” in violation of the 5th Amendment “No taking of private property for public use without just compensation (no exemption for it going to people with badges).” Around 2025 the broadcast is going to be two or three computers yammering at each with AI and the racketeers periodically broadcasting in.If they contact you, then you are an intended victim. The people of Gardiner and Maine are AGGRESSIVE and it is unsafe to visit or reside in Maine. I have nothing positive to say about the people of Maine five times since 9/2022 to get more resources out to Maine so they don’t kill off the defense contractors as we move to Maine. The State of Maine civil asset forfeiture when I they acquiesced to kidnapping and murder by the Blue Flag Nazis and lied to the Country they banned civil asset forfeiture. Gardiner PD is using black criminals for their unpaid ENFORCERs.

The State of Maine has fallen to the Blue Flag Nazis. All defense manufacturing in Maine should be moved out of Maine ASAP as it is UNSAFE to visit or live in Maine. The people of Maine are AGGRESSIVE NAZIS. Any criminal can get on the “remote control” and start running their own protection rackets.

I think what youre under-estimating is that the government knows this is a major issue and one that has alot riding on it politically, they will enact a wartime housing strategy and increase supply faster than you would think. Combine this with their are roughly almost 3 million mortgages in Canada currently 50 percent of which are due to renew in the next 16 months, delinquencies are going to go up and so will defaults - adding more supply again, there is a rising rate of mortgages with negative amortization. The problem is people bought homes that they had no business buying because realtors either lied .. or just didnt know.. that there is major corrections coming in the financial system of Canada. Also anyone who thinks rates will go down or speculates on it is part of the problem, rates will not go down, and if they do it will fuel demand - in turn fueling inflation - and the rates will go up even higher. The day of selling homes for 100k over asking is coming to an end
