Tried drilling a hole in the freshwater ice at Crooked Lake and dropped a rotating machinery beacon in there. The results were pretty trippy!

Here is a video of us changing out one of our Caterpillar 3306 powerhouse engines during the middle of winter here in Antarctica. It also gave me a chance to play around with the video function on my DSLR for the first time hence the intro part.
