Hi, Thank you. This 3 cylinder engine lacks power under 1500 rpm, once you cross 1500 rpms it picks. DCT gear box can make driving easy on mountain roads, due to its quick response ability. Sport mode can help for power availability all the time during climbs. Please keep in mind, suspension is a little stiff in sonet.

Hi, Sonet s engine is less powerful than the AX5 P AT, but packs the better technology named tgdi. The DCT gearbox in sonet is superior to Torque converter unit in 3xo. Suspension of Sonet will be stiff compared to 3xo. Back seat space is more in 3xo. 3xo has white interior, which could be hard to maintain. If you are looking for a fun to drive car, with aggressive looks, Sonet GTX is the option. At the same time for family's comfort, 3xo. If you are not concerned about spending the extra on Sonet, I believe it's the better pick.

Yes, You are right. 3 in the back is not that comfortable, and there is no head restraint for the center passenger. DCT is okay for city traffic, but it heats up due to clutch slip in partial clutch engagement(Soln: either leave the brake pedal completely so the vehicle crawls or bring it to full stop and wait for some space available infront.)

Hi, Petrol AT is the better option -higher hp -Fun to drive and smooth engine -Lesser maintenance and no need of adblue. Diesel gives better mileage and relaxed engine character

Hi, -Ride comfort Brezza is the better option, it's softer compared to Sonet and comfortable on our roads. If you are a sporty driver sonet suspension makes sense. -Mileage Brezza will give higher mileage. Because brezza produces less power and torque compared to sonet. But brezza engine is much smoother. Even interior space is better in Brezza.

DCT performs great compared to the Torque converter unit and shifts are butter smooth. At the same time the heating could happen in stop and go traffic, but I haven't experienced this yet in Bangalore traffic. Anyway Torque converter is much more reliable The desert is not that comfortable in the rear seat due to hard suspension. Both Kia and Maruti offer good service. Kia has a bit better customer treatment.

Hi, It's decent. It can light up around 50 meters in front of you. Not a good idea to drive above 120 kmph in dark conditions. Its headlight may not give enough time to react in the short distance.

Hi Ajith, If you are considering this vehicle for offloading primarily, 2 doors is the better option. But if the purpose is carrying more people in comfort and occasional off-road, 4 doors could be the option. Yes, there could be some compromises with 4 doors(still to be checked after the launch). 1. Break over/ramp over angle will be reduced 2. Larger turning radius.

Definitely, not at all a problem. To get consistent performance, rpms should be above 1500 or even you can use the sports mode.

Hi, It's a good choice. The OEM sound system is good and has good details in sound. Yes, 8" screen is good and feels large enough for maps etc. The camera has decent quality with guidelines. Now it's even better, Now it has got Rear wash wipers Alloy wheels Wireless charger

Hi, Nothing to worry about. Compared to other small capacity engines, this G1.0 Turbo generates higher power and torque hence the the heat output is directly proportional. It's designed to work in those thermal conditions. Anyway, if you are observing abnormal heating please check with service team.

I am driving the same model since a few days now and i think it's an issue only for people who manhandle the gear box rather than treating it the way it's supposed to be. Most people think that Automatic means they don't have to touch the gear lever until they stop at their destination, which is wrong. In case of long stops such as at the signals, you need to have your car shifted back to Neutral or Parking. Else it's just trying to move forward in Drive Gear while you have applied the brakes which will eventually cause trouble. Compare the same scenario with a manual gearbox. If you drive a manual car, you either put your car in Neutral or you have the Clutch engaged while you let go off the accelerator at any stop. You don't accelerate your car and step on the brakes at the same time.

Hi, DCT gear box heats up in stop and go traffic due to the "clutch slip" happening. If you are using manual mode in the DCT gear box, it's not going to reduce the chance of gearbox heating. The ideal solution is to shift to neutral mode, if you stay stopped for more than 10 seconds.

Hi, My choice will be Kia Sonet HTX DCT. Because, it comes with a great DCT gear box and a more powerful engine compared to the 1.5 mpi engine. Higher ground clearance Leatherette seat with ventilation Interior design (subjective) Verna could be better if you prefer to have More stability in the drive Better boot space Broader cabin and rear seat leg space Low drive position
