Is the single fin all the way back?, I would try move it up more/use a smaller single fin...the two + 1 was def the set up that felt the most sluggish to paddle and enter waves. Lmk what ur thoughts are when you try changing it up tho 🤙

Was just thinking that during the twin trailer part of the vid.. That thruster is gonna be the secret sauce for when the waves get bigger. Haha. Is that how you mostly been riding it?

@@Namidan-The-Surf-and-Sea Yes. Have the best of both worlds. Have the Glide and flow of the a Mid, and a shortboard feel When i need to make turns. And also feel more speed with the normal thruster fin set up

Yeah! In like ankle high mush to waist high surf id range I would say the milo was more fun.

looks like modern beach supply has 1, it's in thunderbolt black and in 6'9". modernbeachsupply.com/shop/cj-nelson-designs/milo/ also Hawaiian south shore, looks like they have 2 in thunderbolt red, 6'6" & 6'9". www.hawaiiansouthshore.com/collections/shop-hawaii-midlenghts-cj-nelson-surfboards Realwatersports looks sold out for now. What I'd do is reach out to each shops email/phone to see if you can custom order, or see when their next batch of boards are coming in. 🤙

Think you could squeeze more performance out of this board. Seaside & Beyond feels more cruisy likes to draw out longer arcs if that's ur thing. Both are fun boards tho. Lmk if u have any other questions 🤙

does it handle well in steeper waves? I’m this close to ordering one but having a hard time between this and a traditional deep swallow tail fish
