I wish ITV would release all of Clegg's videos. I remember one where his wellington boot was sucked off in the thick mud on the Humber bank, and also him leading a Donkey, saying something like "by eck, thas a grand'un Brandy". What a character he was. Thanks for the upload.
I love Michael Clegg's natural enthusiasm for wildlife and the places that he visited.
Mike was an exceptional environmentalist, great museum curator ( The Yorkshire Museum, York) and a fisherman. We worked together and spent hour after hour fishing the Ouse and particularly the Derwent, sometimes all night. I still miss him.
