The Church made mistakes and owned up to it and is trying to fix it. Abusing kids is never ok. It is easy to judge. I believe that the Church has done more good than harm in the world.

Do what you can for others. You will gain more than you give. I am number 8 of 13 children in our family. We were poor, but my dad grew up dirt poor (also from a family with 13 children). He taught us to help others. He was the most generous person I know.
