I not sure where to find specific replacement parts for this device. It was something that I found that someone had thrown out and thought it would be interesting to take apart. Most devices I take apart and scrap for internals, like wiring, copper, leads, etc. I use them for other projects and recycle the rest. But I looked up the product and I found a technical chat through their website. They have listed their business hours and days that they operate chats. You might be able to talk to someone at their company that is more knowledgable about spare parts and acquiring them. Sometimes companies have a parts or maintenance department. They may be able to help you. I will put the link at the bottom of this text. You might also be able to find a similar device, on Amazon or eBay, and remove the components that you need to replace. Sorry that I couldn’t help you more. I wanted to help you out as much as I can and anyone else that might be experiencing the same issues. The best way to change the filter is to wrap one arm around the filter housing to grip it with the bottom portion outwards. Then, with the other hand, press in the bottom latch door while rotating it counterclockwise until the bottom hatch unlatches. With the bottom hatch removed, you can pull out the used filter and replace it with a new filter. The filter just fits inside easily and the hatch can then be reattached, lining up the Arrow on the hatch with the Arrow on the power cable. It should be seated at that point, so all you have to do is rotate the bottom hatch clockwise until it snaps shut. The Line on the bottom hatch will match up with the Arrow on the power cable to ensure it is locked in place.

i just bought and can't open either!! this video makes it look like counterclockwise opens but mine shows the opposite

It opens counterclockwise. My directions say clockwise. Glad I didn’t break it!
