Thank you man! The drum kit I use is Millenium mps 750x, and it is just connected to my laptop with the MIDI USB cable, simple as that. It’s so much easier and it’s fun to record drums like this instead of programming by hand

what kind of electric kit do you recommend getting for midi drums?
Hey, Roland TD7 is good, it has mesh snare and toms, mesh kick can be purchased separately. My set is way more cheaper it’s Milenium 750x, more then enough to record midi drums

Thank you sir! I’ve played e drums called NUX it was a nightmare, super noisy. I considered Alesis because it has mesh toms. This kit also has all mesh pads including kick. And the con for me is that this kit is like a jelly when I’m playing. Hi hat is weird, but now I’m getting use to it. Overall the kit is quite sensitive. Since I don’t use build in sounds (I think it’s crap) I’m pretty happy with the kit
