What would you say are specific foundations to build? For example -career specific foundation( eg- getting credentials, building workshop) -relationship( eg- figuring out what you want, and how you will need to behave to support the person you want) -organisation( finding how to make daily tasks more efficient by saving time on mealprep or taking out unnecessary items) -Study( making a place to get work done, finding out what kind if learner you are, preparing yourself to learn with Alpha GPC supplement) I guess I'm just trying to brainstorm about ideas to help people determine the optimal place for them to start

I had to quit drinking sadly but i loved drinking alone i wuold sit on my couch and drink listen to music then pass out wake up and drink and like that for days,amounts wuold be with beer 6 liter with liqurr 700ml for one evening so developed a tolerance it was fun but in end health hangovers got harder hands started shaking and im just 18 now so decided to quit
