    Jd and Trump represent bully, aggressive, demeaning, dominating controlling, imposing , disconnected from their heart masculinity. Their idea of leadership is rule over us for their benefit by making threats, spreading rumors, attacking someone physically or verbally, and excluding someone from a group, sew division. Tim’s type of leadership serves and protects the needs of the people, kids and seniors. The least among us.Tim seems connected to his heart with a blend of firm and kind. What woman doesn’t want a man who can govern 6 million people with high approval rating while serving, not bullying or imposing and get a second job to help feed kids. Come on. I feel much safer with Tim. He’s the total man. I’m so glad this topic is getting attention. Young, white, uneducated men make up trumps majority who confuse bully with masculine. It’s a totally turn off at least to women. Ugh. It seems so much of stereo types are being exposed and we can have a change of heart and definition of these stereotypes. Very crucial topic.

    I wish more people would speak more often about GREEDflation and SHRINKflation. The big businesses are making massive profits yet refuse to reduce prices or continue to reduce the amount of product and then refuse to reduce the price. Now they are using algorithms that tell them just how much they can charge the customer on a particular product before they will stop buying their product. All of this is BS. VP Harris is talking about doing something to the price gougers that is going on, finally.

    When interviewers pose questions like, " do you think this could cause violent towards whoever....." after the 10th, 15th, 23rd etc.. incidence OF IT CAUSING VIOLENCE, I often wonder, are the INTERVIEWERS STUPID, NAIVE or so LACKING for original questions that they have to ask something that's been answered OVER a DOZEN times. In regards to Trump's cognitive DECLINE, whether it's caused by age or is kind of IRRELEVANT, what is NOT IRRELEVANT is that it's OBJECTIVELY PUBLICLY OBSERVABLE. As Susan and/ or jer husband said, all one has to do is go watch one of Trump's 2016 debates with Hillary Clinton then immediately watch TRUMP'S debate with Biden in June or the September 2024 debate. ANY OBJECTIVE observer would see the decline in ability to make coherent statements and LESS of an ability to say what needs saying to NOT turn off the very voters he NEEDS to WIN. Finally, the REPEATED ATTEMPTS to sell me the notion that American Journalists are so incompetent that AFTER NEARLY a DECADE they're struggling to know how to cover Donald Trump and his DISQUALIFYING, neighborhood of make believe, just say stuff, racist, sexist, xenophobic, UN-AMERICAN, promises to TERMINATE THE 🇺🇸📜 and violation of the OATH OF OFFICE, is insulting to my intelligence. As if I'm to believe educated and informed people AREN'T able to cover what he has been, is and promises to be and THE THREAT it poses to the 🇺🇸 AFTER NEARLY A DECADE. SORRY, I have a little bit more respect for American journalists abilities than that. Which leads me to believe that it's NOT a, " we don't know how, " its far closer to, " we choose NOT to, " for any number of reasons that are flatly journalistic malpractice. Whether it's for money/ clicks/ readers or allowing known bad faith actors on the RIGHT CUCK them into this NEUTRAL EQUALS TRUTHFUL and/ or BOTHSIDESISM where they do the equivalent of pretending the effect of a 🐁 and a 🐘 running thru your living room are the same because they are BOTH animals. It's a sad state of affairs.

    I agree with Michael Singh. The point at which the US could be seen as a neutral negotiator in the Middle East is long past. It worked in the era of Jimmy Carter with credibility. And was partially successful in the Clinton era too, although that agreement famously fell apart completely. Since then there’s been Gulf War I & II, & Afghanistan so the Arabs don’t believe it, Israelis believe it to the extent it advantages them & most Americans the same. The best thing for America to do is plant its feet where its heart is, behind Israel. That policy position not only reflects our values but also American strategic interests. And all these policy positions could be much more convincingly sold to the US public if Netanyahu were removed from office.

    I despair of a majority of Americans ever understanding how economics works. Media is just not up to that job. Economists themselves can't figure it out. But It would be helpful to have a pool of non-partisan economists that the public could trust for good info.

    • @kayecastleman6353
      @kayecastleman6353 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      My biggest beef is how little people recognize that economics is a long game. Presidents inherit the economy of the administration before them, and apart from some generally short-term measures they can take to effect speedy results, economic policies are often not felt by the average consumer until years after they're initiated. Some sectors may notice first, but by the time it's an "issue," it's usually a result of global trends plus entrenched policies. Trump inherited Obama's sound economics that helped the country recover after 2008, and his record was saved by his own gaslighting, plus the timely arrival of COVID-19, which blurred many of the effects of his disastrous policies.

    I listened to clips of Joe Rogan talking “positively” about Kamala Harris’ debate performance. Sure, he acknowledged it went better for the VP and that Trump underperformed, but the way he talked about it was explicitly saying her performance had to be due to some other “puppet master’s” or “string puller’s” control and planning, not to her actual strategic intelligence and sharpness.

    Fuel prices are WAY down from peaks in 2022! I remember paying 7.29 at a station near Santa Barbara 25 months ago. Now it is far lower. In my home state of Washington, the prices have been lower than they had been in the last 4 years I should think. Presidents don't actually have much control over this aspect of the economy; and frankly, as a guy that works in renewable energy now (solar), I think more options for pure Electric and "actual" hybrids" should be available in order to ensure more energy independence. If the GOP is hitting on fuel prices, they missed the boat on that as 2022 was an utter disaster as concerns high fuel prices. Inflation is certainly not over, but it is easing.

    Sarah Longwell listens to the average American (often a swing voter) so she's more clued into what they're thinking. Simon Rosenberg comes across as someone who's cheering the Biden accomplishments, great, but not understanding that a lot of those accomplishments don't reach the average person. The president can't wave a wand and lower gas prices, food prices, rent, mortgage, interest rates. A raise in wages is not the same percentage as the rise in EVERYTHING that the average American has to pay for. Inflation has come down but "oddly" prices have not. Yet the average American doesn't seem to realize that the people who set the prices in food, gas etc for those corporations prefer Republican policies and will do what they can to push their agenda. The Republicans have always looked at the long game and this crop is now also willing to lie cheat and steal. It's just our luck that a lot of them are either dumb or can't hide their creepiness.
