@pizzelle4u I'm 25 and trying to get more involved in the church/parish community... I feel safe in saying it saved my life-several times over. I love history and really like the traditional/older ways of the church. I usually go to the latin low mass over Vatican 2's newer styles. I've read that many Bishops and Cardinals are allowing older practices again in their parishes. PRO DEO ET ECCLESIA!

is this a pre vatican 2 style mass? I was just confirmed on easter this year and this is really unfamiliar to me...I like it a lot though. This is what I thought mass was when I converted.

@ro2ma Thats why we wear the mantillas/ head coverings... because the Mass is not about us. so we cover our hair ( our glory) so that the Lords shines.

Huckabee's views on the abortion issue have always been clear and consistent. Please do the research. His top priority as presidential candidate was to sign into law the Human Life Amendment. He was undeniably the right choice for President, but America got it terribly wrong. Thankfully, 2012 is only 4 years away. God bless Huck!

Truthfully, Mike was emphatically clear on his position as always: "I am 100% Pro-life; no one is more so." Remember that context is king, people. The man was clearly pressed for time, he was surrounded by a noisy crowd of people, and he was being bombarded with questions, autograph requests, etc. Saying that "he refused to answer" this or that is just plain dishonest. Come on now . . .

then you are talking semantics, the issue is abortion on demand for bad personal responsibility (i.e. sexual activity without concern for personal consequences) I should never have to pay to kill someone else's child, but effectively that is the law, and that is the problem. the details of when and where and under what circumstances should be sorted out on the state and local level.
