Honestly, if I had a business of my own, like a factory or warehouse and I needed workers, I would go around to the homeless and ask them first, if they seem like decent people, could communicate properly and seemed to have kicked their bad habits I would hire them on the spot, i'd even let them sleep in the warehouse. It is so sad because so many of them are top quality people but just had a rough patch in life, I can guarantee you they can work just as hard and as well as anyone in jobs that require labor. Nice video man, always good to raise awareness to this type of stuff, I have been there myself. I constantly risk going back, even right now I have under 2k in my bank account and i'm only now looking for work. I think the reason I am like I am is because of growing up with a terrible father, it has led to abusing weed and alcohol daily. Im 30 now and since 18 I've had to do everything on my own and you just give up at times.

Mate they would have hostels to stay at but they can’t follow curfews and can’t stay sober for more than 30 minutes, they have to follow rules , unfortunately most will stay homeless or they end up getting locked up and then when released they start the viscous circle again. Sad but true.
