Just a comment but with the two hands on the waist it is considered holding the man because you can have 1 hand on them but the 2 then indicates that you have control of them for a free kick to happen \

Pretty easy to execute clean hands when the ball is not rolling point to point , I would be training clean hand ground drills with the ball in unpredictability mode as it is in a match and with congestion and pressure
