An unexpected find! Stunning pedestrian area in bustling Genoa! Sea views are fire!!
This fascinating promenade, undoubtedly the most romantically inspiring on the entire Genoese coast, stretches two kilometers along the rocky seashore between the tiny harbor of Nervi and the tiny village of Capolungo. This is the place in Genoa where the city and the sea meet most closely and intimately. On sunny winter days the walk is beautiful and enjoyable thanks to the particularly mild weather. In summer, the small bathing establishments, wedged between the rocks and blue-green water of the tiny inlets, provide a relaxing haven for city dwellers and passing tourists.
However, Nervi's seafront is just as charming on gray autumn days, when you can feel the warm breath of the south-east Sirocco wind and the waves break into ripples of foam that crash onto the salty rocks. The walk is great for runners and strollers or just to sit and enjoy the scent of the sea and surrounding vegetation.

La pioggia non è, in Riviera, molto disturbante di per sé; veramente molesto è invece il vento di tramontana, che può essere "chiaro", con sole e cielo sereno, oppure ",scuro", cioè accompagnato da pioggia anche battente. Non a caso, le stazioni ferroviarie liguri hanno sempre una "zona di riparo" vetrata, su ogni marciapiede . In particolare, a Noli, è la zona dell'ex Vescovado, alle pendici del castello, ad essere ben riparata dalla tramontana.
