Many of those 'tips' are extremely unhealthy and sound like you got them from a eating disorder forum or related ana channels etc. Recommending to 'just stay hungry' instead of alternatives like a healthy snack for example (??) is very concerning. Sure, it's a good hack to brush your teeth if you have a chocolate craving for example, but most of these mindets to 'better just stay hungry' when you actually could counter your hunger with healthy options and a healthy mindset to weightloss is just wrong. Especially the part at 4:05 about 'being hungry meaning your body is burnin fat so keep going!!' is just SO wrong!! This is not how your body and weightloss works. It's only bad for your metabolism and all in all health. Please don't feed into young girls' eating disorders by preaching those unhealthy paroles. I'm glad I didn't stumble upon your video when I was 15 and really struggling with things like this. Take care.

Eating fruits and veggies helped me a lot too. I realized I'm craving crunchy foods. So I would snack on carrots or celery. Freezing fruits like pineapples made me quit ice cream. I also realized I'm more addicted to carbonated drinks more than sugar, so drinking sparkling water ( no calories, no fat, no sugar) helped me avoid soda. 😊
