    What does it mean when a channel has a flashing red outline in the compost window?

      Hi Grace! The red alert on a channel indicates that there’s a need for an update to the post. It’s possible that the post content has exceeded the character limit for that channel or requires a different image or video. To resolve this, we recommend clicking the red triangle icon next to the ‘Save Draft/Post/Schedule’ button - it will provide you with more information and guidance. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us by emailing a full-sized screenshot to support@zohosocial.com.

    Why there is no integration with all Zoho Social accounts like Google Business, Linkedin, TH-cam and Tictok. They are as valuable as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter(X). I would like to track customer satifaction from Zoho Desk as all other channels..

      Hi there! I'm terribly sorry for the delay. The Zoho Social and Desk integration supports Facebook, Instagram, and X natively. But you can add more channels via Zoho Desk extensions.     One thing lm not clear on is how do you draft stories, posts and reels and manage different posts in different platforms in the calendar?

      Hello! To create a post or reel in the Calendar, simply hover over a date and select 'Create a post'. For stories, click the drop-down menu next to New Post and choose Instagram Story.     Love tbe rearrange feature. Is it possible to access the popular music and trending instagram features and draft and edit them? Or is in only in Canva to Zoho? Canva doesnt have instagram music integration.

      Hello! The Zia update is available to our paid and trial plan customers in the US data center, registered at zoho.com. OpenAI does not have data centres elsewhere, so it’s just for US data center users. The Zia update, with our OpenAI integration, is only available to users in our US data center (DC) right now, as beta.

    The sample file doesn't work. It drops the leading zero in the date field, so that when the content is uploaded, the entries are rejected. The formatting is not as user friendly as I would like. I would prefer that the enforced mm/dd/yyyy format be modified to accept single digit months. I've spend way too many cycles figuring out how to enforce a lead zero in the MM portion of the dates.

      I know this is an old issue, but wanted to share my workaround in case anyone else happens to land here the way I did. I open the .csv file in Notepad. Edit the date format. Then save the Notepad file as .csv (with all files option chosen). Then I upload THAT .csv to Social.
