I tried to find a video of the first Brentwood Communications logo with this music, which was pre-1990, but instead I decided to recreate with the early 90s Brentwood Home Video instead. The music heard is production music by Network Music. All copyrights acknowledged.

These three logos show the progress of Nat Cohen as a British movie producer and studio mogul. The first logo you see is of Anglo-Amalgated, which ran from 1945 until 1971. In 1971 this became Anglo-EMI, eventually becoming EMI Film Distributors as the '70s progressed. Thanks to TR3x Studios for his help on this video.

These three logos from the 1980s appear to have been from the same company; however, the Video Gems from the first logo was an American company. The other two were from the British company of the same name. This apparently is more of a logo timeline of sorts.

This is the network ID for CBC from the late 1990s, except that the audio is from Kermit Schaefer's "Pardon My Blooper." In the audio clip, we hear an announcer, presumably based in Montreal announce to viewers that they are watching the "Dominion Network" of the "Canadian Broadcorping Castration."
