I sold the vehicle shortly after making this video, however I'm happy to report it's still running fine! I didn't change a whole lot with the fuel line set up I just ran things a little more tucked up and out of the way

@@Larsenvlogs did you run the inline pump through the existing fuel line and pull it through the old pump in the tank or did you tap and run a new line in the tank? Thank you for the reply. I have changed everything yet, the pump only kicks on when it wants.

Yes I ran the inline pump in the existing fuel lines It just pulls fuel from everything that was pre-existing inside the tank

you still need to know the tear weight to know what the total should be unless you fully empty the tank.. Plus this will only fill tanks to around 80%.. which is the same as many companies full their tanks. and as far as my supplier he cares less than you. they've filled me up many times.

you only have to let it crank for a couple seconds, not a thing in the world wrong with that. Cranking is literally the starters job to do thousands and thousands of times. A ok.

Don't need to know music theory to play the guitar. It's really not rocket science and there are tens of thousands of people doing it just fine.. ✌️

Tried that. Not sure if it was a faulty module or bad grounding or broken com wires but a new unit didn't solve my problem. Working in a place with next to no access to ford parts. An external pump with a double filter and a return line means no more screwing around.

As long as the fuel pressure sits between 40 and 50 it shouldn't it shouldn't set off a check engine light. Tested this truck for quite a few miles still no check engine light.

At my local Napa. I'm lucky to have one that is incredibly well stocked but this fluid shouldn't be that hard to find.

Pretty sure all that can happen is the inner tube could pop. Don't think anything would happen to that heavy duty of a tire at 50 psi. I do think the heat of Summer helped and I put it under that black container to try to get it even hotter. Good luck

I tried to seat mine with 120psi and failed. I took it off and sliced rubber off the bead with a box cutter and it went on first try.

Just use a pair of players lightly around the connection and spin it a little bit to break the bond between the two and then start pulling on both sides of the connection so you're not pulling directly on the hose you're pulling on your other hand, if that makes sense. They come out you shouldn't have to be too careful about damaging anything.

@@alextempleton3309 I don't have the car anymore but I believe past the metal crimped part there is just rubber hose that slips right on to the power steering reservoir. If anything there may be a hose clamp there but I don't remember one sorry I couldn't be more help. When removing a hose from a manifold like that you want to give it some twisting pressure to break the seal and then pry straight out to not put any torsion on the barbed connector.

There's nothing at all dangerous here. It's osmosis and the exact same tap the local guy at the gas station fills up tanks for people with absolutely no training. Maybe you should start a campaign writing to each and every rural gas station that taps a larger tank to fill 20 pounders.. If this scares you, don't do it, but many thousands of people have found it helpful and were going to set themselves up one way or the other. At least now they have a little more information on where to get the correct equipment.

I can't find my order anymore but you're better off just emailing or calling Nash fuel and asking what your need. There's quite a few different connections. I just sent them pictures and measurements and they were able to send me the correct item. Always best to do with that way versus trying the wrong part.

You won't regret it no reason to pay somebody that kind of money for a 10 min job. I believe it is a 5/8 barbed but one can kind of tell looking at the tube and then walking into the hardware store with the size still in your mind. I want to say it's 5/8 but you could also get a half inch to be sure. Doing this on another vehicle tonight myself. Good luck!
