NP2 with Level 100 Black Grail. Enkidu deals extra damage to Threat to Humanity and Castoria's Third Skill applies the same. For TtH enemies Enkidu probably hits the hardest besides maybe MHXX. I know an NP1 MHXX can crack one million against Ort as well.

@@Zilong17 MHXX only surprass Enkidu Dmg here because she has class advantage. But, in neutral situations, Enkidu still is the Servant with higher output against TtH

Himiko's event gets a rerun (or rather, had one, in JP terms - NA should see it in 2023) and her banner is rerun with Saitou again. That's not a short wait by any means, but his current banner does come back if you're willing to hold out for it.

He's the current favorite to farm this 90++ mode, but I can't say he's worth it in general. At equal NP levels he does beat out Saber Hoku....but Saber Hokusai is free. He is an upgrade over her, but I'm not sure he's worth getting to NP4+ for it.

I think he's one of the coolest designs. If he ever gets an interlude I think he's one of the stronger Archers.

Design-wise he invokes a lot of Gundam/Hakumen energy, I think he looks awesome. I love his NP animation and voice. Gameplay-wise he's just okay. Probably weaker than all the other AoE Buster Archers except Arjuna and Napoleon because he doesn't have the interlude to keep up with Gil and Ishtar's consistent damage, and Tesla just nukes everyone with all his upgrades. If he gets an interlude in a year or so I think he might better than everyone who isn't Tesla in the class.

@@fenrir_Lokison9 Tesla is largely just behind Gil in 'base' damage at equal NP levels, Gil beats him by like 2k at neutral. They get the same 'level' of boost in their Servant vs Earth/Sky niche damage. However, Tesla packs a 50% to Gil's 30% battery charge, and if you're running them both with Koyanaska, Gil's only steroid is his charisma - a 20% ATK up. Tesla is able to double dip on a 30% NP damage up, at which point he shoots far ahead of Gil. He also double-taps a 50% NP gen buff to further help him spam his NP. All told the two are basically equal 1v1, but Tesla leverages Koyanaska reducing the cooldown on their skills better than Gil can, and with Koya's "Man" buff Koya gets niche against every single Servant, whereas Gil has a couple of handfuls he won't get niche against.

I think it's pretty accurate. Kriem had one or two gimmicks but wasn't very hard, I mostly just played around with the NPC Sieg for thematic reasons and had Musashi in the back for the last bar. Even the Moriarty fight is only as notable as it is because they force you to frontline Mash and Charlie. If I could take an optimized team to that node it would be a much shorter boss fight. In terms of boss battles, this chapter was really boring for me.

I tried a lot to get the 3T without using the CS but I got tired of fishing for the RNG to get the card I needed /and/ the taunted unit to die off. Breaking the second bar is really difficult with so few roids.

Happy to help! So, Crane's appeal for me in particular is that I don't run double supports outside special circumstances/farming. But she's remarkably verstaile due to her NP and battery. -If you don't have taunt CEs (I don't), you can start a line-up with Support/Support/Crane and use her battery, then plug one support out for your damage unit and get two 3T taunts back to back. If you have an MLB Kaleido, Crane can NP, be plug swapped back to use her battery, and do it again. Even without either of these things she serves the same purpose as Chen Gong for support cycling, but buffs your damage dealer on the way out. She also specifically raises NP damage which improves her synergy with Oberon. She is currently the only support besides Oberon and Tamamo who raises NP damage on a skill. She'll take a bit to show her worth but is worth having if your goal is box building. She also represents a 30% NP refund to buster NPs at minimum and helps leverage crits, so even if you aren't doing the optimal stuff she still has value for budget buster squads. Himiko has some appeal as a star generator/buster support due to her charisma and NP, but what she's really good at is 'zombie team' since her NP buffs overcharge of other units. She gets along supremely well with Castoria because Himiko's NP will give the OC buff to Castoria. Castoria NP in the same chain goes to OC2 because it's in a chain, then the buff will raise it up one more tier. That's 3 hits of invuln for the whole party every time you do this. It becomes very easy to get Castoria's NP to OC5. I have a Himiko but have personally rarely needed this, and I don't record it since I don't think it's very fun to watch, but it's a very safe team if you have nothing else. Other prime buster units, assuming you DO ALREADY HAVE Oberon and Koyanaska, are Morgan and Melusline from LB6 - preferably Morgan, though if you have Arjuna Alter you can skip her. All of them are the prime 'buster farmers' and can loop most 90++ nodes with Oberon+Koya, and Morgan packs the same overcharge gimmick as HImiko, making her probably the best point for a Merlin/Castoria shell that will deal damage, heal, debuff cleanse, refund NP, and spam hard defense all at once. Other buster units who get buffed and get re-runs in JP to make them comparable (but not quite as good as the three I mentioned) are Tesla, Ivan, and Ibuki. If you already have any of these or Nobuvenger you're in a really good spot and can focus on just getting Oberon and Koya of Light. If you prefer SRs my preferred buster SRs are Caenis and Barghest, and Gorgon is another good one once Koya is out if you happen to have her but she hasn't been re-ran yet.

Haha, it's a joke video I uploaded to make fun of Kanzaris. The character with the crosshair over her head is him; he was supposed to bait that boss' jump attack and soak it as a tank. But he ran off the stage, so she jumped on the party. As he was doing this he was in VC with me going "as long as none of the rezzers pepega we can't lose now" and then he wiped the party lol. I forgot I didn't make it unlisted.

The 500 HP tick is a hint to Black Grail, though in fairness I have a Super BG at level 100.

I thought the health bar thing was really cool. Especially with Castoria NP protecting it and the like. I really hope they do more like this in the future. Also very sad to hear about the Summersashi. ): That's an expensive break. I hope she's kinder to you on her rerun, assuming you still intend to NP2 her later.

@@Zilong17 All of those sq were free...I can still get 90 more from bond grails and I might get a big sq pack.

I saved it for the second half with the Wodime theme, since she switched to her golden armor when fighting for his memory in LB5.

I like all three of her ascensions but her second is by far my favorite in terms of appearance and her voicelines. There isn't much about this character I don't like honestly

@@Zilong17 in my case, I love her playstyle, but I really, really dislike her design. The only thing I really like is her sword and the "fire" effect. This servants represents for me a case where I would strictly get her just because of game reasons. I would love her kitt and stats for another servant. Her animations are cool, but still...that design? I do not know...2 years until her banner comes to NA. Enough time to think about it.

Ye but his HP is MUCH lower than even in the fight where you have Rom-Q as your forced support. Plus you're kinda messing up if you don't bring an Avenger anyway...

Would have been higher but Merlin was stunned. NP5 and power mod is a wonderful drug.

@@fenrir_Lokison9 Yah. I saved up something like 1800 quartz (converting tickets to quartz) waiting for Caenis. I spent about half of it NP5ing Caenis, and when Musashi's rate-up hit I decided to go super splurge and spent most of what was left raising her from NP2 to 5.

Here comes a stupid question...since it is like talking apple and oranges but...what is your opinion on arjuna alter? Again...this is about summer musashi. The basic answer is that Musashi will be amazing with castoria, until then Godjuna has everything covered. What do you think?

@@fenrir_Lokison9 AA is almost unquestionably a top unit for....about 9 months. He trivializes Nerofest and needs nothing more than Hans/Shield or Shielder/Friend Merlin to stomp whatever you put in front of him. But once Castoria shows up he firmly loses any top 5 ranking. I personally don't think he has enough gameplay presence/dominance to be worth rolling for unless you're a fan of the character, I'd pass.

Hey man, I'm glad my post was helpful! In regards to your situation, I'll give you two schools of thought and you can decide which applies to you more. In terms of whether Bride will help Musashi, absolutely. That 30% battery Bride offers (along with NP gen) will let you get away with loop comps you couldn't without it, and until Castora shows up Bride is the only one with this functionality. If your goal is to optimize Musashi even pre-Castoria, I would say Bride is a /near/ essential pick-up. Now, on the inverse. My own personal history is I /did not/ have my own Bride until Castoria came out; Bride was my GSSR pull, and I got Castoria a couple of days later...after I'd invested in Bride too. Bummer. Bride /will/ fall off (not be made useless) if you get Castoria; 90% of what you use Bride for, Castoria will suffice and do more besides, I can only remember one 90+ farm node where I needed Nero Bride, and it was a Lancer node I was using her+Saitou to farm. To this day I still don't own my own Tamamo; by having your own Tamamo+Merlin you are already a leg-up on where I was, and you can use Musashi in non-loop comps with reasonable safety, though you may have to adjust to how squishy can be. My normal team was often that shell using a support Tamamo, with Waver and Reines provding extra protection to Musashi. If I were you and in your exact situation, knowing Castoria is a future option, I would minimize my rolls and only roll on Musashi+Castoria; nothing else matters once Castoria shows up. If you have resources you feel you can spare and want to make more use of Musashi /before/ Castoria arrives, Bride is worth picking up. But I think you already have a box capable of making use of Musashi (Para/Tamamo/Waver will handle most of your farming before Castoria shows up and Merlin helps in CQs), and I don't think picking up Bride is a worthwhile investment when she will largely be supplanted by Castoria, if your goal is to minimize the use of resources. So tl;dr, Bride is worth getting, but you can absolutely live without her - I used my Musashi without Bride or Tamamo until the day Castoria arrived, and I do not wish I had rolled for Bride any sooner or spent my resources elsewhere, and I say that as someone who both valued Bride's support and also has some fondness for Nero as a character. Ultimately it's down to your own resources and what you can save/spend, but if it were me, I would skip her and prioritize the two more important units.
