The flexible, two-piece design allows for quick and easy installation on a wide variety of basket stretchers including the Titan, Gazelle, Advantage and Model 71. They provide 29.4kg (65 lbs) of buoyancy and store conveniently inside the stretcher.

You can't seriously think that is a 6:1. It's a compound 9:1, with a 3:1 pulling on another 3:1, for a total of 9.
@@skydiverbc it's an easy mistake to make, if you discount / forget / don't know about compounding effects. They likely simply (counted the lines) + 1. Doesn't make them right, just understandable mistake to make.
I think that is more like 5:1
This video kinda makes me want to add rescuecender(s) to my ever-growing collection of climbing gear... I'd probably never need it, but you never know when you need to rig up some gazillion to one pulley system 😅.
