@@NinaNime-eh7ew thank you, I appreciate it
This made my day
Thank you
Love one pieces impact frames. Sometimes impact frames just seem like a cheap way to add flash to an animation but actually hiding stories into them with hidden pictures does so much.
What I like about the debris too is that it’s not the symmetrical cube debris you see influenced in anime a lot. It does look cool but seeing more realistic debris destruction gives its own cooler look and you can tell it’s harder to animate too because it’s more of a puzzle piece.
a manga idiot choosing recycled episodes over new episodes ,, whats next go back and fix the first 600 cartoon'sh episodes , this is shit by all means, no one else would accept this trash for any other franchise , since when remaking old shit is good ???? remaking anything is just an excuse , and idiots like this make it possible ,,,
My new favorite channel! I am watching wano and am an amateur animator on clip paint studio and i loveee these breakdowns! i only knew megumi ishitani and vincent chansard lol
u kinda forgot about naotoshi shida otherwise great vid
One piece animation is suddenly polish now!
Wouldn't say suddenly, it's been half a decade since Wano, and arcs like WCI and Zou had solid animation as well
@jklum7895 i didnt knew wano took that long. That explains why on a binge watching perspective its suddenly good.
Look. I've seen what they can do and I expected nothing less than that for important episodes. But that distortion style animation just looks lazy showed up in both kido fight and pain fight.
how vincent chansard* revolutionized
they started feeding they animators compound V
Imo this wasn't needed. They could have done a remaster of a much older arcs, but they most likely won't since netflix is doing their own one piece anime remake.
They really did, didn't they? Basically Yutapon levels of inspiration. Changed the game out here.
Wouldn't go as far yutaka Nakamura, but yeah
Take One Piece's impact frames and edit them into one continuous shot and you will get a better show than most anime
I think that little effort, time, and money were put into this remaster so as not to overload the animators who are working hard on Egghead. This can make some scenes look clunky and too fast. With the care they take to make an Egghead, the remaster could have been well directed and had a lot of pages per episode. One Piece is the same manga as the others, so you can make 60-90 pages per episode or with significant additions to the action scenes. For example, in Jojo, with the exception of part 3, the tempo is 60, 80, sometimes more than 100 pages per episode, and it looks great. Let's hope that WIT will do an excellent job, preserving the atmosphere, good direction, and high-tempo storytelling.
Imagine suckin at animation so much to rely on some stupid useless gimmick that viewers can't even see normally
@@dankl3ss194 Impact frames don't exist for people to pause them, they exist for purposes that facilitate the sequence more effectively, like stronger impact for example. And are you seriously saying some of the best animators in the industry currently "suck"? Lol
@@jklum7895 Gimmick frames aren't supposed to look outrageous like they do it. Doing random bullsht that serve no greater purpose and that is all the viewers remembered about them is a fat L
Bruh
Lmao, and if any other show did it yall would be glazing it like crazy, but nooo, gotta hate on the 1000 episode pirate show!
@@bloxman2185 lol the other studios too busy focusing on seemless cgi/2d mixing, 100% hand drawn sakuga, 1st person dynamic shot, longass continous action shot and endless artstyle change. But hey at least toei finally hav something other than indian pacing
Soon one piece anime is gonna be 1 second of actual episode and 23 minutes of impact frames
I hope so
I honestly really hate how they made the King vs Zoro fight in the anime compared to the manga. That superman speed and they jump for eternity before clashing is not what went down. In the anime its this superman flight for no reason whatsoever and the clashes looks like punches not cuts.
@@Insofistikerad It's true that it's not what went down, but it's exactly why it's way better than the manga lol, the fight was average
@jklum7895 I preferred the manga ver. Was looking forward to having a great samurai showdown of Zoro and kaidos top underling. Instead the anime did some Superman bullshit and made the attacks larger than kaido vs Luffy and whitebeard vs roger I have been reading one piece chapter by chapter since 2003 and also been following the anime and this is one of the greatest dissapointments for me of all the fights in one piece. Luckily egghead came and fucking annihilated whole cake and wano as arcs
@@Insofistikerad I feel sorry that you think this way but 1062 is in one piece's top 10 action episodes of all time for a reason. Ishizuka pulled in the some of the best animators in the industry and pulled out top of the industry boards and no stop lying zoro vs king was not larger than luffy's bajrang vs kaido's magma and it arguably wasn't even on the scale of normal dragon kaido vs giant luffy and for the other thing when talking about the "flying", king CAN fly and zoro was using the terrain to get levelled with king why are we exaggerating and lying? Also this 'great samurai showdown' you were looking for doesn't exist it's established king isn't a swordsman like zoro he just assumed that because he uses a sword so why you thought it was gonna be that I don't know AND whitebeard and roger you saw TWO clashes just stop the bs. Vincent, yen bm, ishizuka and more went crazy.
@@vvs7938 Im not bullshitting, The show got alot of powerscalers that are Zoro fans so everything that shows him as super strong will hit alot of the fanbase. Lets agree to disagree. I highly disliked how it was portrayed, I have the same problem with Shanks "Divine Departure" Everything up until his "cut" that instead becomes a punch on Kid is excellent
@@vvs7938 th-cam.com/video/W-ecXYBUWEo/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=TheLast.Nakama Compared to this its really underwhelming
bro the garp and aoikiji dap impact frame is possibly the greatest dap and impact frame sequence of all time
Facts
"Hey. Yngwie? Could we do that again and this time remember less is more." Yngwie: "You mean MORE is more, right?"
Daddy Vincent will be back with the milk to show the greatest impact frames ever created in a few months (hopefully)
LOL that guy is insane for real
my goat fr fr
People don’t understand these impact frames are animation too it’s not just a flash like they act like it’s lazy animation
These kinds of takes are new only because it's one piece, they ate them up on every other show
@@jklum7895 that’s the case most of the time cause people just love to hate on popular things, but I have seen a few one piece fans that don’t like them.
@@Toazter. One piece fans hate one piece more than one piece haters
@ honestly true.
One piece have this unique impact frames at the start of wano arc to egghead
I missing one piece anime, I hope will become better in 3 months
do u think we may get generational sequence in egghead part 2 after they took 6 months break???
Yeah, we get that every year, what I hope for is for ambitious storyboards, and longer than before with more CAPABLE people getting the chance to storyboard big scenes
Kumas punch will be the best animated sequence this year trust me
@@a_agadir3964 I hope it is. And honestly, not tryna sound entitled but anything less would be a betrayal
G❤
I look forward to that day when either Miso Or Hakuyu Go will direct a one piece episode...
Unlikely, but if Mori does we can get an episode of their calibre
I would love to see an Hakuyu Go Episode or Scene. xD
I agree the first episode scared me off a bit it felt really poorly edited. But it got good after
Yea
I will use the new corrected Version to train an AI with the new looks and use it on the old episodes, than I have my perfect emotional pacing back with perfect looks!
I need new episodes asap I haven't watched one piece for like 2 and a half months I'm not rewatching Fishman island wether its better pacing or not it's just ass 😭😂
East blue all the way to marine ford it would be an epic remaster for marine ford and skypeia
I think punk hazard and dressrosa need the remake, but I hope they don't overcorrect and make the pacing too fast. in the end, just making it 30% faster would be enough. One Piece chapters are notoriously dense with information and reading just one chapter of one piece takes about as long as reading 2-3 from some other shonen manga
I first notices his style with the sanji scene on thriller bark, he has been my favorite animator since I watched that episode. The flow that he dose in his scenes is unforgettable
Ive seen many sakuha animators, upt to this day he's one of the top for me, his style overal is recognizable start to finish it never gets old. The critique that he doesn't experiment kinda says a lot about people who only watch but not analyze, most animators "experiments" are mostly traits they developed or just want to do ir one time. They don't necessarily have to "adapt" to the industry but just the syle and consistency of a shiw. I feel like people are like sheeps because they follow the same old, "yutaka Nakamura is the best because this and that" the same argument but never mention a trait that makes them recognizable even in their animations. They mention because of the same primcples of art and animation when... Duh, they have it, but never mention how they do it. When i see Shida i just ask myself "How", like... This style ain't no joke, replicating Yutaka Nakamura seems easier than Shida.
MIZU SHIDA!!!! ANIMATION LIKE WATER!!!!
