How does your nobu have that much hp? Mine is level 100, has 1k hp fous, and only has 13885 hp. Even with 2k hp fous, that would still only be 14885, and yours has 15394.

I think the game keeps being nice when you like new characters and invest in them, but when you already have your favourites and nothing in the future really resonates with you...yeah, not much point doing events or daily missions or anything tbh, and the stalemate for new story chapters is going to be so much s-it
