    Great job, thanks for sharing. I've been brainstorming and have grand visions for grand luxury residential & commercial real estate development. Much of the land i see where the potential for this has been agricultural now for sale.     What do you do when the zoning department says they will not rezone your land to residential from commercial giving you the lame excuse being because you might turn it to commercial later on. is it legal for them to say that to you when they should be able to turn it residential when there is no building on the lot and it’s undeveloped. And the area can be zoned for commercial or residential? Anybody got any answers of what I can do now after buying this land. My best advice is stay as far away from Charleston West Virginia especially Marmet West Virginia right next to Charleston. I repeat it’s the worst place to buy property.

    I live here in Los Angeles and after viewing this video i have a few comments to make here. There so much wrong with your take. For one there is no way 80% of homeless in LA are from LA. It’s WIDELY known they have come from all four corners of this country as well as other countries because of the freedoms establish by props 47 & 57 and AB 109. You should understand how these changes impacted everything we are experiencing here. Councilman Bonin isn’t running for re-election due to “mental health issues”. He is an extreme progressive social terrorist democrat hell bent on dismantling society, capitalism and safety for those in his district. He’s doing a fine job. While not all democrats hold his extremist views others wish to try ANYTHING at this point to do something about this issue. Your video has nothing to do with real estate or real estate investing and has everything to do with mocking attempts to house people truly struggling. And you laugh at it? Jerk. While it may have not been the help everyone wanted it was help that MANY THOUSANDS needed. It was in short an attempt at a humane and efficient means of housing as many people as possible while injecting money into places where it was badly needed during the pandemic. How would you do it? It’s easy to condemn and much MUCH harder to solve. Obviously the most extreme cases of chronically homeless are not suited to project roomkey and should by all means be taken into secure hospital settings where they can be treated for their afflictions. This is no laughing matter. While you sit on your ass there in loserville, contemplate your insensitive and remarkably anti humanitarianism towards the homeless. Or better get off your ass, find some compassion and DO something.

    We had the flu at that time in our home and do the whole family and it lasted about a week if I remember right and I was very sick we had no idea that this flu least I never heard it I was about probably 13 or 11 or 13 and I had no idea that this flu could kill you we didn't talk about it we just took aspirin for our eggs and our fever and drank a lot of juice and water and stayed in bed where we were warm and sweat the fever out and that's the way it went we all got over it thank God

      I didn't say eggs I don't know why it came out to that I said it I felt the pain and took aspirin for it and aspirin for our fever and we stayed in bed drink lots of fluid and stayed warm for about a week and our aches and pains were pretty bad

    That accidents are waiting to happen is probably what made them really change it. God don't like ugly and it was people she were talking the same age and older than her as well as talking about someone the same age. So they will not take accidents waiting to happen. Especially someone that's been in the area for more than 30 years. Wow she had the nerves but they all do so I hope she and her friends are pleased with the addition and value added to their homes.

      The full list of criteria and the explanations for each are part of the book I am currently working on. However, there is a longer video from Jan which is the presentation I did for the South Atlanta REIA. It contains interactions with the audience and more comments about the grading criteria. Additionally, I think the quality is adequate for you to read the PowerPoint.

    I was 15 years old in 1957 and as a teen the greatest danger to your life was the possibility of being killed in a car accident. Teens being killed in car accidents was a common movie theme. Every death by car accidents were front page newspaper item. Driver Education showed the famous bloody car accident to press the danger. Flu, viruses were just sicknesses you had and got over. You got vaccinations at school when required and rarely saw a doctor. Yes, times were different in the 1950’s.
