2024 Technics SL1210MK5 Decsaver Dust Cover VS Original
I decided to buy these deck saver dust covers to replace the original once I had without hinges.
For the price it was gonna cost to get the hinges.I felt this was a much better solution.
I like the dust covers from deck.Saver being flat versus having the bump in the originals.
I'll probably add felt pads in the corners to protect the deck.

Alot of people got scammed with that cheap knockoff. The price should of sent up some red flags...scamming basterds. Sad.
Power conditioners don't affect sound quality. Obviously.
How is the stereo working? Is the sound pretty spacious with some good separation? It sounds really dry and dull on it's own, I am using it in my own gym, but I am thinking about getting the second one since it's possible to pair them in a stereo mode, I tried it with another JBL model in a party mode and it adds a good amount of space, but it's still MONO, I am wondering if the stereo is really noticable. I think in a more open space, the stereo pair would sound much better. Mono just kind of fills space. I'll try to go back and listen to the video and see. It probably sounds best with airbuds or headphones. But it should represent what it so like pretty well. That said , I think I have a better video for this stereo pair with Binural Recording.
@@AllynVibesAudioGallery Yeah the video in the link gives a better idea I think, it's good to have a comparison. I think I am going to buy the second boombox3 online (since I can return in within 2 weeks without an excuse, the local law allows me in the area I live in at the moment) and try them out for some time. The mono pair definitely fills up the room nicely, but there is always something missing without a nice stereo sound. Thank you for the video! Really helpful!

Those SDA's sound much better if properly spaced, they lose a lot in tight spaces.
@blachloch1 Somewhat agree, I've been there. I'm working on getting everything in their own spaces for the most part. So far, anyone who's come to listen to them still say they sound amazing.

To me the Puritain Audio definitely does! I'll try to check that out very soon. May be a difficult comparison, 1 outlet vs many. I may compare source first then amp.
Seems like the best investment would be the green wave to plug into for noise reduction on any power conditioner
Well I can respect how you may draw that conclusion.I have not yet verified that it actually improves sound quality. It may in fact lower the perceived noise on the line but may have an adverse effect on sound quality especially in the base region.
