Can you please help me i am so confused because in my driving practice one instructor told me if you want to go straight and you have three entrance lane and 2 exit lane and you enter middle lane you must exit left lane but the other instructor told me it is wrong you have to use right lane

Hello ma'am. I have a doubt regarding u turns In some u turns , we do move to the right lane after turning. We keep to the same lane In signal u turns we move to the right track after turning Can you explain about the first u turn where we keep moving in the same lane. I cant differentiate both
