They *truly* can't draw Hux's face correctly, can they? 😂 I've heard some people wonder if some of the artists know what Hux/ Domhnall even looks like. When I read the comics, I wonder how people cannot ship these two! They are SO protective of each other and "because Snoke" barely explains their motivations. They're in love. I don't make the rules.

Catching up on your episodes because I’ve been in school and work and that’s so interesting that you watched the sequels before having even seen the originals! That’s a perspective that I feel a lot of the upcoming wave of SW fans will be finding themselves seeing soon!

I went to Disneyworld two years ago and I had to wait am hour or two on line for Rise of the Resistance ride since it broke down while we were waiting. It kept saying that it would be fixed soon, but I find it really ironic because I'm pretty sure their engineering team need to troubleshoot the ride almost every night to make sure it's running smoothly. Again, there is always unexpected things that happen but its a bit interesting that they check it but it still "broke down".

Transmasc/transmale kylo is such a dear headcanon to me as a transman 😭😭 i relate to him on so many ways and i feel like this hc just makes so much sense with his character, the name change and so much more!!

Ahh, hearing you talk about this campaign brings me back! Battlefront 2 campaign was so fun, and it was during a time where people weren’t calling all female leading characters “Mary Sue.” Well, there were, but not nearly as much as nowadays 🙄. But I really enjoyed her story overall. From what I remember, her switch felt somewhat quick when I first played, but I still liked it. The epilogue to the game still sits in my mind as one of the most heartfelt moments in SW video game history. I think it would be neat to see her in live action, but rather than Andor (because I feel she’d be a lot younger), I think we could possibly get some type of mention of her in the New Republic aged shows since this takes place around the same period of time, right after Episode 6. Then, they could bring the project Cylinder and project Necromancer together and show how the emperor’s still pulling the strings even after his “death.” Keep up the fun talks in the future! I’d like to know more on why you think that some of these topics matter in the whole scheme of Star Wars, whether it’s only relevant within the current time period, or if it affects the whole galaxy! 33:25 I dont know about that but i did see that Tom Taylor (General Hux comic's writer) said he's a Hux fan and did allude to shipping Kylux which is so... UGH love him

( so sorry for all the comments kylux is my special interest...) The dual of fates script is SOOO CRAZY TO ME !! Their dialogue in it is SOOOO GAY... I like it better than TROS honestly but thats just me maybe

30:51 TRUEEEEE and it doesnt happen only in this comic too!!! In the general Hux comic, Kylo tries to save Hux and tells him to "stay behind him". HELLO??? how is that not gay!! And in the Star wars adventure #30 issue, Kylo and Hux are attacked by an acklay and when Hux says "we should run" Kylo says "*you* should run" and tries to fight off the beast by himself (then Hux saves Kylo when he loses his lightsaber which is even more.. UGH I could talk about them for hours) I know i probably sound a little unhinged but it just makes so much sense for them to have feelings for each other other than ressentment and hatred because if that was all, why save each other so much?!?!

Okay I haven't finished listening yet but I'm literally so happy I found this video 😭😭😭 (I was looking for kylux crumbs ... we're in the trenches I fear) 15:23 this is so real because me personally I want kylo to be evil and a murderer ! And also kiss his boyfriend who's also murderous! I do like the Ben Solo side of him though, BenArmie has a special place in my heart too😭😭 18:48 Hux is my favorite character too😭😭😭😭 now that you say it it's true that he doesnt feel like the sole MC of the General Hux comic but it's still probably one of my favorite comics because i read it a while ago so it made me learn more about Hux and stuff, and also Kylux moments ! (Ill probably will edit this comment later to add more..)

Very nice episode! New to your channel, but I like hearing your thoughts on Star Wars. I like being positive about Star Wars, but I understand that many people have different thoughts and feelings towards them. I appreciate how you voice them in a way that is non-divisive, and yet is still a strong personal feeling that you have. Solo was such a fun experience for me when I went to see it, and I agree, some of the characters felt short-lived, and some of the scenes were a bit odd in terms or the usual bright, bold, and beautiful that we know and love in the galaxy. I think that it was done in order to show how strong of a chokehold the empire had on the galaxy at this point in time, and how realistically, it’s never going to be a joyous and wonderful existence for Han. It’s very sad, but looking through his life, it’s kinda understandable. But of course, just my thoughts! I can’t wait for the next episode! Would love to hear about your experience at the John Williams performance! I’m oh so jealous!

Have you read The Rise of Kylo Ren? I really don't think it's a stretch saying he might be bi considering how easy it is to read his friendship with Tai as something more.

You made a fascinating point about the idea of a teansmasc kylo, and how that interacts with thing like Leia's comments about wanting a daughter to wear Padmé's clothes and makes me react to the idea of Rey as a replacement in a considerably more visceral way. (Also I love how that could interact with Reylo if Rey were also trans. But you know me, I'll always bring it back to that.)

We had extremely parallel journeys in finding this wonderful Star Wars fandom. End of 2018 I was very ill and isolated. Was browsing fan art and said wait who are those two? 🧡🖤 TROS is the only sequel movie I saw in theater. Proud to be in the same fandom!

Also, last comment though...."this is Rey's movie". Yeah.....so considering they are tied together you don't have Rey without Ben and considering that even terrio said on the documentary they are sort of soulmates in the force it's likely something rey wants. As someone who stepped back if somehow Ben isn't in the movie, there is no mention of him, it's like he didn't exist this movie will BOMB hard and I will honestly laugh. I loved the sequels but they have nothing without the ACTUAL last skywalker (not rey). My prediction: Lucasfilm will release a teaser trailer with no Ben in it...people will ask where he is. It comes time for the first real trailer and no Ben solo or clues or anything really. The crowd will get so loud on twitter etc of where is ben solo (I mean right after the rey movie was announced articles came out covering the demand to reunite the dyad). It will get SO loud with boycotts that the final trailer finally has Rey saying "Ben" or something like that to get butts in seats. Then, the movie either has him in it for a decent amount OR he's barely in it and it was a bait. There you go. And since people can sue for trailers being misleading they will just digitally add adam driver or some crazy shit due to the backlash when they realize their opening weekend estimates are crashing. Want to know how I know this? I actually know someone for indiana jones 5 and that was not the original ending. In the original ending Indiana dies/ stays in the past. They reshot/redid it do to online backlash of "fake leaks"!!!!!!! (that actually turned out to be true).

"If he doesn't come back it will be okay". So...I'm going to stop you right there. Just a Ben fan but he's the last of the actual family. You don't have star wars without the last thread so yeah he absolutely needs to come back. Star wars is screwed without it and as someone who has spoken to general fans many aren't even interested in this movie unless "the one dude who died" is in it (Adam driver). Even people who hate the sequels are admitting he was the best part. No Ben means no movie. period.
