Wire to Wire, Back to Back! (W) (Cast Nation #3)
Second Cast Nation tournament (3rd for me overall) on the Madison Chain was even better than the first! 19 pounds! Came into the day very confident I'd be in contention again and the spot produced even bigger bass than the day before! My personal best day ever, huge building block for the rest of the season. Currently in 1st for Angler of the Year, got two more to seal the deal!

We are back on the Madison chain and things have changed quite a bit since the classic... in the best way possible! Got my first tournament win as a boater and my personal best limit at 18.15 pounds! This was the first of back to back tournaments on the Madison chain, so we'll have to see if I can do it again...
Finishing Strong! (Angler's Unlimited Classic Day 2)

Day 2 of the Angler's Unlimited Classic on the Madison Chain wasn't much better than Day 1, but I was able to get the biggest bag and big bass for the day. Ultimately kept my place but it was a fun day sight fishing and reeling in a surpise Musky. I'll be back up in Madison in two weeks for hopefully some bigger fish!
No Practice? No Problem! (Angler's Unlimited Classic Day 1)

Car troubles kept me off the water before the Anlger's Unlimited Classic on the Madison WI Chain. Truthfully it ended up helping more than hurting since the bite was super tough and the fish were on the move. A small limit was all I needed to keep me in the hunt!

Another Grinder on the Sag (Calsag #2)

Second Calsag derby of the year was a true grinder. A small limit under 9 pounds was all I was able to get but the weights were low across the board (outside of one particular individual...) Off camera some drama ensued but if you want to learn more feel free to message me or google Chicago fishing tournament. All in all it was good to get back out there just days after a monumental tournament.
A Triumphant Comeback Ends in Heartbreak (BASS Nation Qualifier Day 2)

A killer Day 2 comeback of 16 pounds with a two day total of 31-5 pounds end just 2 ounces shy of qualifiy for the Bassmaster BASS Nation Championship. I fished my heart out and came up short it what was my best tournament of my very young career. Apologies for no weigh in footage, Bassmaster did not post it publically.

While the Calsag continues to destroy me in every way, we took a much needed victory back up north the next day on a familair lake. This video is the perfect example of the high and lows that comes with fishing, just have to control what you can control!

A rough go out on Lake Michigan in the second (first for me) Calsag Bass Angler's Big Lake Tournament. Although tough it was an encouraging day as it was only my second time out on the Big Lake and I manged to get a limit in area I had never been to before. Growth is the name of the game this year!

Went out on the new home lake on a cold spring day, not my first time out here but my first full day as a lake resident! Ended the day with 15.32 pounds for my best 5, not naming this lake in particular as I'd like to keep this gem a secret ;)

First tournament of the year on Lake Calumet/Calsag Canal! From start to finish it was a rough day from hitting a log in the pitch black to only weighing in 3 fish at the end of the day. I got a 04 xpress 21 footer with a 225 vmax I have never had any problems with it and it still looks brand new I don’t have all the graphs on it like that the decks have been changed up since then but I have had 6 dirty 30s dragged over the side of mine word up here from Texas

@ViscoFishing yes and I had mono on one of my rods. I was seeing how well it worked with lower test for finesse worm fishing and I couldn't set that thing hard enough. Felt like a rubber band. The others were just like you said I barely felt the tick and it shook off before I knew if it was there or not
