Betraying in this situation seems optimal, if you betray and the other stays silent you are free to go, if the other betrays aswell you'll only spend 5 years rather than 10 if you were to stay silent. Trusting the chance that the other will stay silent when both of you are looking for the shortest sentence would be foolish
