@@girlsputnik I didn’t notice any lip syncing but he was definitely having a problem with his earphones. You can see him look back at one point with a sorta wth look toward the back. That might be what you are sensing or seeing. However, Chris has changed a lot since early 2020. He’s changed his physique and his music is 10 times more gritty and hard. I’ve heard other fans say they don’t like it. From my understanding as a long time fan, this was the ultimate goal. A very long road to get to the music he wanted to ultimately make.

@@tofromks Josh had a stroke about a year ago. He’s still recovering. We are hoping for him to come back soon.,

Been using them for the last 🤔 10 years 😳 in my work boots and love them never done the heat parts this will be my first time doing it typically just put them in my boots and go and after a few days they are good but today I'm trying it. Great video and thank you😊

Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience. I do have one question and will totally understand if you choose not to answer. How old were you when you began/completed 75 Hard? I have been seriously considering doing it for several weeks now and finally got the courage to start in a couple of days, however for some reason the fear of being too old just struck me today. I'm 49.
@simply_Karen1 I apologize I missed this comment! I was 50 when I did 75 hard. I am going to do it again probably starting in late June so keep an eye out. I’m going to document it. It takes a decent amount of commitment and well meaning people will tempt you (unknowingly) to quite, but I just said « I am doing 75 Hard » and everyone respected that. Also the going to the bathroom LOL
No worries! Your reply actually came right on time. I never did start, but have been again seriously contemplating it again over the last few weeks. I turn 50 in a few weeks so I'm thinking 75 hard might be a good present to myself to start off my 50th year with! I will definitely be on the lookout for your next go at it. Thank you!
