Too fast. How do you insert the wires properly?

Having fitted both these and the JCC ToughLED Pro, I prefer the JCC. The clips on these Ansell units are very bad. You have to use a screwdriver to unclip them. There's also no cable retention clips inside the body of the fitting to hold the cable up out of the way. All in all, the JCC ToughLED Pro is my preference.

I don't think just holding an energised dimmer module is the wisest way to demonstrate.

What is the name of the panel that you used to demonstrate the panel pod emergency? Was it infinite or endurance?

I don’t think you can, you have to replace the full unit but I could be wrong.

Hi there I installed the same light and it’s keep turning off and on when someone moves is there a way I can keep it on or is there a app I can control it

Had 20 of these delivered to site, was unaware I’d need a junction box, extra flex and connections delivers to site. I’ve put in NVC ones lately and didn’t need any thing extra just an E light pack and panel. Ansell I needed panel, pod, wiska box, glands, wago connectors and flex. Took about 30 mins to do one light too.

The clips that secure the batten to the ceiling cannot be released. The advice from Ansell was to pull the batten off the clips, with the associated risk of pulling the mounting screws out of the ceiling.
