Having issues starting and revving higher all of a that indicates a lean condition Its the most likely your secondary Jet is plugged up causing it not want to start easily and having higher rpm (since the last time it ran fine) the secondary jet is much smaller than the main jet and the one that usually gets clogged more. The secondary jet is your idle Jet and also contributes fuel to your high-end full throttle setting, plugged up Jets, emulsion tube and carb passage ways can cause this condition. Do yourself a favor stop putting ethanol fuel in your carburetor that's what ruined it.

Might be the starter is stuck. Give it a tap with a hammer and see if it spins. You should be able to bench test the starter.

Check to see if you have the starter grounded. You obviously have power to the starter. Definitely check ground wire.

I usually run 5 in the rear and around 7 in the front any higher can make for a rough ride

My high pressure line had at least six pinholes in it. I’ll have to see if the low pressure line is having any issues but I didn’t notice any.
