⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

One of the best song lyrics ever written
This song is a big hit in the Philippines.
not just another song... it's a musical masterpiece.
He wrote the damn song! And he sang it beautifully! I wore out my 45 rpm record playing this song after seeing the movie. This song portrayed exactly what the movie and the message was about. Frankly, both impacted my soul and how I live my life.
The original record was by The Original Caste. Esther 'Jinx' Dawson was hired to perform the vocals backed by studio musicians for 𝘉𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘑𝘢𝘤𝘬 and specifically requested that her band get credit. Coven then recorded their own version for MGM Records. Trivia: In 1967, Dawson and Coven invented the 'devil horns' hand sign that pretty much everyone in rock has used since.
❤️🌹🌹🌹👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️🇨🇺
Love the song 👍❤❤❤🇵🇭
I love this song. I’m sorry but it’s the worst version I ever heard.
The di original parin tau.
one of the best love songs ever. the meaning if the lyrics are just perfect
Still a classic.
Timeless
They wrong 4 that. I'm sorry.....
He wrote this song.....respect.
For interpreters to sing! 😁 lol
Don’t look any further (unseasoned version) lol
FutureStyles I can’t deal right now!!! 😭😭😭😭😭
Stop it
Such great jams. Thank you for writing these, Brian and Dennis 💖💖
Dont look any FURTHER...FURTHER lol, bless his heart.
IM CRYING this is so pure
Pop legend songwriter!
Dennis Lambert is the MAN! Great song, D. I'm still trying to figure out how another of his great songs, "Just Can't Get You out of My Mind" for the Four Tops, only reached 1973 on the charts.
@Barnevy Young his voice may have faded but the message of the song stays forever. It is the most profound expression of love to a person you love most. Yet it is an expression through a song because you do not even say it to the person you love verbally, face to face, everyday. It's like reminding a person that, 'hey, you're the best thing that ever happened to me. having you in my life is the greatest thing ever for me.' something like that.
Well said.
L'uomo non è bravo a cantare Siedah Garrett, un bel sorriso sexy
This is horrible
Hes the song writer & no hes not dennis Edward's but This is of an awesome song. The words in the song Have always wanting me to hear a man say this to me
Siedah tried it but not quite she needed the main man present DPitts
This is the man that wrote the song 💪🏽
She looks amazing and sounds great! The guy has no soul...plus, he’s pronouncing EVERY syllable in the lyrics...he sounds too proper! 😡
😂😂
the dude ain't a singer. He is a producer and song writer and he reached more than you ever will. I wanna see u work with Siedah Garret, George Benson and The Commodores. I wanna see your Song get sampled by 2Pac, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, and Biggie. And u don't have a grammy. And you didn't write "we built this city" by starship. And Dennis Lambert got more soul than you.
go back to your amateur singing
rhodes
Just watched his concert last Friday. Sad that his voice is not there anymore, maybe due to age. His cd Bags n Things i bought 25yrs ago remains one of my treasured ones i keep playing over n over, ✌ n ❤
Adore this song...love it by Dusty Springfield
Dusty's cover on her "Cameo" album was produced by Dennis Lambert and Brian Potter
BEAUTIFUL SONG! BRAVO DENNIS!
and why is his performance bad? i am quite surprised
where can we get his album bags and things?
dennis...ur music is beautiful....just stunning man!
we needs dennis and we need him now.lol
keeps on haunting me...very classic..
Very nice!
timeless .❤❤❤
When is the documentary going to be on video or shown on TV? Anyone know?
Canon D de Johann Pachelbel.
The tune is even older its Canon in D. Look I'm not saying he didn't do a nice job on it but is that it... modern music is not creative enough for me.
Wheelie BlindI wouldn't be surprised if Canon in D minor wasn't originally a folk tale before it was even Classical music lol, What Mozart did with "Ah let me tell you moma" which is the same tune as twinkle twinkle little star and so on, we know its from an old French folk tale. I just know I've heard Canon in D minor so many times so many different ways lol it must of been an old folk tale.
I love both songs
Dennis Lambert also wrote "Keeper of the Castle" by the Four Tops.
Somehow, the white guy singing Dennis Edwards' part doesn't do it for me. *cough*
She still is looking goood
I remember when we saw the screening at Warner Bros and when Coven sang we sunk into our seats. Can't beat "The Original Cast" version Dennis did.
