Idk what you think youre doing but you are off on so many things here. 1 the tone arm is not ballanced correctly so it will never engage with the record. All you need is a new belt and learn how to ballance the tonearm and it will work. The stylus is fine. Nothing wrong. Also that at the end is a 45 adapter not a counter ballance. Thats not a thing

I did this but came up with error on last line. However.. Now go to the Driver Manager and the device should now be visible. This will allow you to select it and the drivers will install

From Denmark, From Denmark, I guess there's nothing to be said for people staying away from Linux. I think Linux is fine, I even converted my 5 PCs to Linux mint. But that SO MANY things have to be so difficult to make it work. It is strange to me why it should be so difficult. Now that people are used to putting such a USB dongle in Windows and it just works immediately, and this also applies to many other things. I think it's a shame that it has to be so difficult for people who are not familiar with it. Why not just plug this usb in, click on the network and enter the code you need, and it works. I would love to get my friends over to Linux, but I would have them constantly on the phone if they buy something they want to put in their PC, where the drivers are not in the computer. They would NEVER figure out how to make it work. It makes me wonder.
