Yall should add some gussets for some more added rigidity incase someone wants to add a light whip or a regular whip. Great product nonetheless !
Just installed on my 2024 Ram 2500 tradesman, couldn’t be happier with how easy it was and with how much better my truck looks now. I have always hated how all manufacturers of 3/4 ton trucks will put all the clearance lights across the cab and on the tow mirrors to have the front of the truck all lit up designating it as a heavy duty truck, but then have nothing on the rear but the two taillights.
I emailed you guys with a few questions on the antenna mount about two months back. I realize running a business is lots of work but come on. you lost one customer no big deal.

Super easy, i put red taillight film over mine though. I didn’t really like it clear but it looks great on my SRW 3500 now

It's on our list but we do not have an ETA quite yet.
@@GODZMFG I'd put them to good use in Sand Hollow and Moab. I know a few other 3rd gen owners that would as well.
Why not make it for the 1500?
These fit the 2010-18 1500s, but the 2019+ 1500s use a different rear section on the bed that does not have the necessary mounting holes for the bar itself.

Thanks for confirming they work with WK sliders. Did you note any transmission temperature difference, and were they tested while towing?
We have not noticed any temp changes in our installed units. We have skids on a truck with a built 68RFE, one with a stock 68RFE and another truck with the 6-speed that gets mated to the 2010-2018 6.4L Hemis. All trucks are on oversized tires and the Hemi sees a good bit of towing as well.
Permatex makes a blue poster mounting which would be very handy, in holding the spacers in place. It is also handy for keeping nuts in sockets and wrenches in those hard to get a nut into places.

its powdercoated. And i assume aluminum rivets. So the shield portion of the NMO would have zero continuity to electrical ground. Not to mention, thats a horrible place for most antennas.
I've run a stake pocket mount for 8 years in that location, It's not ideal but it works and helps prevent damaging the antenna for us that use the truck bed. Any antenna should be bonded to the frame with a braided strap. The bracket only holds the antenna in place.
@@stahpit19713 reasons thats a bad place for antennas. -Electrical grounding, which in your case isnt an issue if you bonded it with a strap -Lack of a valid RF ground which would cause an issue with the radiation pattern, which depending on antenna setup can be resolved or even turned into a positive -Depending on the size of the antenna and the wavelength of the frequency band, a large chunk of antenna is hidden by the cab, which further reduces the radiation pattern. Now, a full size pickup running properly tuned co-phased 4 or 5 foot whips with the correct coax, the radiation pattern would be extremely linear, with almost no side radiation, but almost straight to the front and rear, biased towards the rear. For CB and highway useage, thats actually a good thing.

WOW. really proud of those brackets! $70 for 2 is reasonable. for one is insane.
We are proud of these, they are designed and manufactured in Colorado. These brackets utilize 304 Stainless Steel construction and come with a super durable powder coat finish. Why is the best? Compared to longer tailgate led strips/bar?
We use an OEM Mopar tailgate lamp bar and high quality electrical connectors and wiring to make an easy to install and very reliable lighting kit. Most full length light bars use cheap LED chips and are more likely to burn out and malfunction. That being said, our product and has a different look compared to full length bars that generally feature turn signals as well. Personal preference will determine what's best for you, but we prefer the OEM look in this case.
