    I think using smart phones and technology is making us think we can imitate that level of multitasking when in reality we can’t. The ability to focus on one thing is becoming more difficulty for us . This is ultimately creating burn out. I don’t know how younger people are coping with so much over stimulation and distraction while studying in school and university it must be difficult. Balance and discipline is very important today !
