Rafa left to go back home to Spain after his doubles match with Federer on Friday. He said for 'personal reasons' which I think must be to do with the fact that his wife is expecting their baby soon and/or his lingering injury from the US Open. My matches I recorded are from Sunday, the final day of the Laver Cup.

I know that not everyone can make it to watch tennis matches live, so I want to make people feel as though they're not missing out by giving the best view I possibly can! Also I feel as though tennis matches look very different when watching it on TV vs watching it live. From this (almost court-level) angle I hope people can get a better view of the players' varieties of spins, heights and angles which is incredibly difficult to see properly on TV! Also, like you said - there is a chance to watch a match in peace without commentary for those who prefer it that way. I am so glad you picked up on my panning! I put a lot of thought into it and decided it would be interesting for viewers (including myself!) to see the immediate reactions from the rest of the team. I was also thrilled when I realized that I could include the live point with the team at the side, all in one camera shot! I love recording these videos, but also it is so rewarding to hear comments like yours and makes it all really worth it! Thank you so much! 😇🤗🙏

I thought the same- I found it hilarious though and so I decided to even add subtitles for that part! 😆Surprisingly there was lots of support for Team World. There were lots of Americans in the crowd, which really helped create a great atmosphere for the players, especially Team World! No wonder they won this year, probably due to these American supporters which really helped them. 😄 In one of my videos which shows the winner's ceremony, it shows Jack Sock coming to our area to take a photo with the Americans, probably because the supporters had a major part in helping them get the win. 👍

I believe everyone in the audience was anticipating a final deciding match between Caspar Ruud and Taylor Fritz, as it looked as though Tsitsipas was in control for most of the match including this tie-breaker. It is amazing how fast matches can turn around, as seen here and during the Nadal/Federer vs Sock/Tiafoe doubles match. My original video (where the title was much more accurate) was removed, due to 'Base79 Sports 2 (Base79/23)' falsely claiming copyrights for the Laver Cup. To prevent being targeted again, I decided to change the title and deliberately make it more vague, because I thought it was a possibility that I was giving away too much information in my original title (which even included the score of the tiebreak). I'm sorry that the video was not what you expected to watch , however I hope you still managed to enjoy watching this tie-breaker, which I personally thought was as exciting, if not more exciting than the final match tie-breaker! 😊

I was fortunate enough to get tickets for several days in different seats although I only ever had side court seats. As far as I can remember, the seat I am in here is the farthest to the edge possible. The stadium is relatively small compared to many other tennis tournaments so I believe the view is reasonably good even towards the back. A lot of the time I managed to sneak forwards many rows if the seats were unoccupied and as long nobody came to claim their seat! I would say in general there were always free seats to move forward to most of the time apart from the last few days of the tournament...I don't remember sitting in my 'actual' seat majority of the time other than the finals!

I was fortunate enough to get tickets for several days in different seats, however I only ever had side court seats. I didn't notice that I ever had to turn my head too much from any of the seats so I wouldn't say it was an issue (although I can't 100% remember this seat). I guess you could tilt your body at an angle if it were an issue. For the final, (Nadal vs Ramos Vinolas) I was on the side of the umpire's chair. From what I remember, it is much nicer to have a clear view of the court on the side of the court in this video rather having the umpire's chair in the way! Hope this helps!
